C'est la vie!

Continued with college work this morning and had a bit of relaxing time too.

After lunch we headed back to Musee d'Orsay as we wanted to see the temporary Van Gogh exhibition that was on. The queue outside (even with our museum pass) was hideous so decided against waiting.

We then walked back along the river for a bit just enjoying the lovely day and views and ended up beside the Louvre again. We know it is closed on Tuesdays but it's lovely just walking around the area. Anyway, this was taken at one of the pedestrian walkways into the square and thought it was too good a moment not to share.

We tried, and failed, again to get into the Van Gogh exhibition as we just couldn't face waiting in the queue. At least we can say we saw a lot of his art in Amsterdam so it's not too bad.

Now chilling back at the flat with my feet up. Now if only I had some wine!
