Towers

It was such a beautiful morning. I went for a 4 mile Race Walk (our 20K race is only two weeks away now!), and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Everything looked so green and lush by the river, even the Towers looked nice in the sunshine!
After lunch we went over to Mum's and helped her with some gardening and odd jobs, including the impromptu pulling up of two quite big conifers. G and I both had the real Sunday night feeling that you'd get before school when you were young. A week off work has been very nice indeed. How do I get to holiday all the time?!
