Last morning, booo! It was a lovely sunny day and we had a lazy breakfast before a trip to the supermarket to stock up on supplies for the ferry. Unfortunately 'the best sandwich shop in Amsterdam' wasn't yet open so we had to make do with a fine sandwich from a different shop. All our connections were seamless and we got a few final glimpses of the tulip fields from the train windows back to the port. We had another smooth crossing, although it was a bit rowdier on a Friday night compared to a Monday morning! Again though, the hours slipped by and we were soon back in Harwich and a short car ride back to Mum's for the night. The last few days flew by, it's been such a lovely holiday.
