The weather was..

nice in the morning till in the late morning, then the grey clouds came and the rain fell down..
Work was work.. Went back home late again.. Aaahh..
I got a news from my medical check up which i did last weekend, they said i need to diet for my high protein, and should reduce the level of cholesterol, the rest of my body condition is good.
