Such aTease!

I set my alarm to get up, like so many, to witness the "blood moon" eclipse. I was up at 1:45, and saw the moon shining bright! So excited that there might be a chance to capture it before the predicted rains came.
I set up my camera and got a few shots before the clouds started to appear. They were moving fast and I kept hoping that the eclipse would happen before I couldn't see it.
This photo was taken about 2:20am. The eclipse was suppose to happen around 3am. As you can see it was just a matter of time before it was gone!
I will have to try for the next "blood moon" in October.
Still love looking at the full moon no matter when it is!
