River Carron at Denny

Another short walk along the River Carron, this time starting and finishing from Denny. This stretch of the Carron has lots of places where the water dashes across rocks - one could hardly call them waterfalls - producing interesting little swirls and eddies.

I thought I'd play with the various settings in my new camera to capture these but, as you can see, a little more practice is required - alternatively I could give it a go with my DSLR, but that's for another day. At least the photo is a representation of my day - and that's what Blipfoto is all about!
