Spring color in the garden.

I sat on the porch (that needs sweeping, of course) for a little bit this evening. This picture was taken at around 5:15 p.m. The bright pink blooms are the ancient (over 100 years old) azaleas that are starting to open.

I noticed the peonies have buds but it'll be a little while yet until those open. I think peonies are the flowers I look forward to most each year.
