Had a call from the care home; Dad wants to go to the bank. He just wanted to see his bank statements so I took them over for him to look at. He just wants to make sure he's getting his pension paid in. Took over his bedside table and rearranged his room slightly. Told him I would buy him a lamp too. It'll have to be something solid or he'll knock it over knowing him. Gave him an Easter egg which cheered him up too.

Mr S said he was going to book tomorrow off work. I then got a message from him to say they have given him more work to do, so he's booked the rest of the week off. He's loves to throw a spanner in the works.
