Last minute change

Having planned to have a curry tonight but not read the recipe carefully enough, it turns out it needs to marinate for hours, so I substituted this - scrambled home laid eggs with asparagus,watercress, tomatoes, pecorino , parsley and smoked salmon. Yum.
