Poppy

Poppy is 7 today! Still goes like the proverbial Duracell bunny all day long!

I tempted fate today and wore a white shirt to work. I lulled myself in to a false sense of security having managed a mug of chicken soup and cream cheese on oatcakes for lunch. At 3 pm the shirt was still pristine. I dropped my guard and helped myself to a small juicy tangerine....you can picture the end result :)

A lovely walk on the beach before tea. I do love these light nights and the dry weather
