Glorious!!!!

A better night for my walk/run/shuffle, but not the same without my partner in crime who decided she would rather have 2 weeks in the sun. Am I jealous?? Of course I am - BIG time!
Anyway a lovely walk after work, which is proving to be emotionally draining at times. I have never felt as emotionally drained as this when I work in the Hospice, more support there I suppose, all working closely together for the same common goal - the patient. The hospital environment can be quite isolated and I'm not use to that.
I haven't got the hang of the walk/ run app on my phone. I use my phone for pictures in the middle of a walk/run interval and I lose which section I'm on and have to start again!
