Imagine singing that on a car trip. The Genesee Brand is being revitalized and the beer brewing community was out in force to dedicate the new cans. Some happy milling about, a brief speech, but since the tap wasn't installed NO BEER. When I first came to Rochester there were 3 local brewers: Genesee with the famous Genny beer and Genny Cream Ale, Standard with Standard beer and ale, and Topper pilsner beer. They all had their aficionados which led to many raucous nights in the taverns. Then came Bud and Miller the raucousity never stopped but all three local brewers fell on hard times Genesee being the last to go. It was revived as High Falls Brewery and is bringing back the Genny brands.

When i first saw the crowd I said WOW they knew i was coming for my ONE THOUSANDTH BLIP. Seriously I have appreciated Blipfoto and all you blippers tremendously. You have caused me to be serious about and enjoy fotography both in the taking of pictures and seeing the wonderful pictures and glimpses of your lives in your texts and comments. I thank you all for making this site as wonderful as it is and i hope we all can continue in the blip community.
