Luscious Locks....

We went to Pevensey Castle, using our English Heritage season ticket. It took ages to get there- Hastings was gridlocked and by the time we got there it was close to lunchtime.

We stopped off in Pevensey Bay and had lunch sitting on the beach. There were people in the water swimming and a man on the beach sunbathing topless! It was a warm, sunny day..... ( But not warm enough to venture into the sea!)

We met a lovely man next to the castle who invited us in to look at his newborn lambs- he had a whole range of animals from calves, pigs, geese, turkeys and chickens- but this lovely chap was desperate for me to photograph him....
