Stick stalking!!

Ever since I had my knee replaced I have not been able to jump up onto anything with both feet at the same time. I have been seeing a personal trainer and last session she asked me to jump onto the step that they use for step classes. I was horrified when I found I couldn't....it's not even very high!! She says that apparently it's quite common with knee replacements.....and may be more of a confidence thing! Well I have been determined to conquer it and today I did it....I jumped onto the step!! I am so pleased with myself.....simple things!
