Iris angst

I remembered from previous years that I find it really hard to take decent shots of irises, so I've been puzzling for some days about how to best shoot this flower since I spotted some growing. This is the best shot I've got of it yet - only for me to notice afterwards that something has taken a big chomp out of my main focal point! Thwarted. I still kind of like it though!

I'm rather tired today after yesterday so I'm taking it easy!
