Bees...

When I see the wild mustard blossoming, I cannot but remember the times when we had bees and spent days extracting the honey and filling it into the jars... Bees love wild mustard blossoms and the Spring honey is delicious and almost has the color of the blossoms ;).

There are less and less bees. Years ago, we had to feed them (what we considered large) quantities of antibiotics against a dangerous disease called varroa... Bees Defenders say that today, the bees die of varroa and that they became resistant to the antibiotics... Puzzling.
