Cat-a-meringue

Spent the evening making a fancy pudding for Caroline's family's guests tomorrow. And, typically for her, it ended up a BEAST - way too big, far too much left over, same old story. So she made little dippy meringues, and this one is doing an excellent pusheen impression...

Happy things today include not having to get up for early dog walks, redeeming myself from my lack of whisk skills, watching crap television, being pleased to be home, and fighting over chocolate bunnies in Sainsbury's.
