There and back again

Steven and the boys had arranged to take me for a snowboarding lesson for my birthday.

We got up early and drove from Beauly down to the Nevis Range through rain and sun and rain. When we arrived the rain was lashing down and things looked a bit dreich but we donned all our cosy wet weather gear and ventured forth. Got as far as the office only to be told that the slopes were closed due to high winds and other nasty weather.

So we went and had breakfast then drove back to the other end of the Great Glen.
