Tea Time

Stephen was catching a train back to Cambridge today after a brief visit home. On the agenda was to track down some new running shoes and to stock up on some speciality teas. So a trip to York was on the cards.

It was quite a challenge to locate a shop where he could try on different makes and styles. Increasingly a lot of retailers are on line only. Rat Race were having 'staffing issues' so their shop was closed. Fortunately we tracked a rather colourful pair down in the Nike outlet store.

It was then into the centre of York to the historic street of the Shambles and the Hebden Tea Company for ...yes you guessed it tea. Whilst son was inside mother was on the outside sampling tea and taking a quick blip before anymore tea drinkers came to sample their wares.
