Well its now 2.30 pm and I'm yet to get dressed............ had a good old bumble again yesterday...... ribs were ok until I picked up a stone and threw it to get rid of a cat in the garden......... muscle spasms painful ! Been watching the Pistorious Trial, don't know what to make of it, wouldn't want to be on the end of the prosecutions tactics !!! x
