Woodland Trust

Last year the Woodland Trust released batches of saplings to local organisations for them to plant in their community. I applied and was sent a selection of trees for our parish which were distributed for planting the only proviso was that they should be planted in or adjacent to public areas. This is a Rowan which is planted in “Coffee Pot Wood” which is owned by the Woodland Trust, it is now 830mm to the tip, having grown about 300 mm last year. Will keep you posted on its progress.
