Human Endeavour

Every year I watch the London Marathon in awe. Not just in awe of the elite athletes who dedicate years and years of their lives to their sport but awe of the sheer numbers of average, everyday amateur runners who take on the challenge of 42.195km, often in fancy dress. It is one of the biggest UK fund raisers, generating over 50 million pounds in donations for good causes. It never fails to amaze and humble me.

In response the woofer had an extra long walk - I know my limitations!

The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.
