Gluten-free Flour Mix

My brother, Will, give me a gluten-free cookbook from America's Test Kitchen for my birthday. It is fantastic! I used their flour mixture and some guidance from their banana bread recipe to try our household favorite Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. It was the best baked good I have had since I went gluten-free 7 months ago.

This flour mix contains white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, and nonfat milk powder.
