spice caddie .........

handy little spice caddie (not sure if proper name) is used to put spices inside it e.g. cloves, cardamoms etc and then hook it on the side of the pan, and rest the caddie in your pan with say your tomato curry based sauce in it, then easy to remove at the end rather then have to hunt out 8 cloves, 6 cardamoms etc .........
