A Guardian Angel Cake

This was the cake for a little boy whose baptism was today at Trinity Church in Atherstone. He was born 12 weeks premature and spent a lot of his early life more in rather out of hospital. As you an imagine he is not particularly well little boy, but does seem to be pulling through. Just one more test result re possible leukaemia, if he gets the all clear on this one too, then surely his guardian angel is looking after him.
