Sunny day in the garden

Shorts and t-shirt weather, strawberries and icecream - feels like summer is almost here! I would have liked to spend the day lounging in the sun with the newspaper, but there's too much to do... I start handing over to my successor at work tomorrow and with the long Easter weekend have just 7 days left before maternity leave starts. At home, we've been cleaning, tidying and organising... D was a few days early and I have a feeling that this one won't wait until their due date... which means getting on with the spring cleaning and baby preparations (gets harder every day as bump gets bigger!)

It was lovely in the garden today and D enjoyed his trampoline (newly put up this weekend). I'm looking forward to many more sunny days during mat leave!
