Not the London Marathon

I didn't enter this year - I had qualifying time but missed entry date. I wasn't too bothered, until today. It's always inspirational and humbling - even just watching it on TV as I did today. I wouldn't have been able to run today as I'm pretty unwell with a virus / chest infection. I was feeling quite miserable about the whole thing....but then I watched the marathon, heard some of the runner's stories, and got things back into perspective....

Anyway, looking forward, I have the Great North Run in September. A bit of fun that I've had with my sister for the past 11 years or so! Then I might think about a marathon at the end of the year......although it's been a while !!
