care in the community

nurse scarlett came and dragged me out into the community today.
all morning the sun shone as i waited. i even managed to wash my hair one handed and dry it while i waited and waited.
finally she arrived. i was taken on part one of what we have now named as 'the grand convalesence tour'.today it was olney.
sun shone and shone just until we parked outside the first charity shop. then it poured with rain.
here we waited as i must'nt get my plaster wet.
eventually we could wait no more and made a mad dash for it. i found an old brownie camera and i plan to do some 'flickian' version of ttv which involves one finger only and no cardboard and sticky tape. you will have to wait for that tho.
she then force fed sandwiches and cream scones which incidentally are difficult to manage one handed,
then we went to another charity shop where she loaded up wth books.
then we came home and i made her put the wheelie bin and paper recycling out before she legged it home.
tomorrow we go to visit her son. my nephew. nurse o'hara had some good news regarding him today but i shan't share as i am hoping she will do a blip tomorrow.
she earnt her money again today but i will have to dock some for her bad timekeeping.
