Not what it looks like!

Believe it or not, this creamy looking pasta sauce is made almost entirely of cauliflower!
Yeah...I wasn't convinced about it either to start with, but it was surprisingly...not disgusting! If I made it again, I would definitely add something else to give it more flavour though. (the bacon helped a bit this time!)
