Another train Blip
Steam trains seem to be like buses; you wait an age for one and then two come at once. Having blipped one yesterday I saw this one was coming by so you've got two in two days. It's ex-Southern Railway loco 34046 'Braunton', with the Cathedrals Express from London to Stratford-upon-Avon. This was taken at Bicester North station, and W joined me on the promise of having a trip to the outlet centre at Bicester Village afterwards. After finding no parking we ended up in the Tesco car park next door; had a pretty awful sandwich from the Jamie Oliver stall and didn't buy anything. Oh well, at least the train was good!
One other good thing this morning; I saw the first swallows of the year flying round the house. Summer is on it's way folks, just hang on in there!
