Riding the thermals

After a bitterly cold start to the day, the clouds parted to let the sun through late afternoon. The buzzards took advantage of the windy conditions and had fun calling to each other while riding the thermals. And talking of thermals, the wind was still bitterly cold requiring maybe not thermals, but at least a fleecy hat, scarf and coat while working in the garden.
