Nettleham
Had the most fantastic day yesterday (sorry back blipping!). I met up with friends in Nettleham, Lincs where we had tea in a delightful tea room. As we had got there early, so M, S and I had a wonder round the village. It was so pretty, with the spring flowers an beautiful cottages, we spotted this house. Its very quaint but we were intrigued by the painting of the little girl holding a bunch of balloons on the wall. We asked a passerby about it and in the tea room, but no one knew anything about it, only that it had been there a long time.
After tea, we went on to the next village - Dunholme to Doughty's fabric roadshow. We were in our element! Fabrics to ohhh and ahhhh at, and purchases made. then on to Welton to a little pub for a delicious lunch and a natter. Lots of laughing and catching up was done!
