The Standard

Today was a good day: we ticked off a fair few jobs from the list (including a trip to Bunnings to get some paint in preparation for the Big Easter Miles' Room Repaint).

I took the old gas heater out from the fireplace and covered it over. In the long run we want the open fire, but for now it's going to have to be covered over for space management purposes!

Then onto a gig at the Standard in Fizroy. This is possibly the smallest stage in Melbourne so I was relegated back to using the stomp instead of bass drum. We played pretty well though.

I'm tired now though and on to work in the morning!
