Somewhere very windy on the A66

This feels like a very poor offering after yesterday's blip, but completing the first half of my journey home from the Lake District didn't leave much time for getting a decent pic. This was taken from a layby which was bordered by moorland and a fairly dramatic sky. I've only tweaked it a little.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you for all the comments, stars, faves and subs which I received for yesterday's blip of Derwentwater. I am exceedingly chuffed to be on the Spotlight page. It's my very first time and I never dreamt that one of my photos would be 'selected' let alone make it onto the first row. I am genuinely staggered to find that it has had over 240 views so far, so thank you all!
