New Park

A new mini-park took over a year to build and will probably be used by few.
A lot of money for a park that will only be used by a few older people from a senior apartment complex next door. It is on a busy main street and in the 2 months since it has opened, I never have seen more than 3 people there at one time. There is a major park and library 2 blocks away. It is a nice little park but not the best use of taxes esp. since it took prime property off the tax rolls.
