Lyne Brook house

Our B & B
Brenda and I went off for a couple of days to Northumberland. We were very lucky to stay in the Lyne Brook B & B - rated number 1 on Tripadvisor.
It was a really lovely place to stay. SO many nice touches - from the 'welcome cake' to the glass of port at night. This was the view from one of windows in our lovely room.
We did have a bit of an adventure getting there - my navigation's not all that great. Neither are my organisational skills - we arrived a day early! And our hosts were caught on the hop, but they coped brilliantly well with our surprise arrival.
