Talk of dock leaves, bears and moose leg steaks made me hurt lots.

I behaved today and slept most of the morning (I may have overdone it a little yesterday). A lovely visit from a chum and then Aunty Mim arrived in time for lunch before we headed out for fresh air and a stroll in one of our favourite places. I shall sleep well again tonight.
