Spring - no filter

Spring has sprung and I've spent the afternoon in the garden. It all sounds very idyllic, but half of it was lying under a Winter Jasmine weeding where I got poked in the eye and stabbed myself in the leg.

I think this is clear enough indication that I'm not a natural gardener, but I get out there and I have a go. I fill spaces with things I like and scowl and chop at things that get too big for their boots.

As I ran in tonight at Gin O'Clock, I snapped this, the latest new addition to the front border. I don't know what it is, or what it's called, but I liked the colour and it looked ready for its close up. No filter, just a bit of blurring around the edges.
