Noooo Dont!

Lynn and I have just had our dinner, baked potato topped with yesterday's chicken curry, accompanied with salad and a sprinkle of cheese - yum indeed!

Now have a lay down on the sofa tuned into BGT.... Lynn's working tonight and I'm up at 5am - the joys!
