After an early trip to the Farmers Market D went off to Dunfermline for the fitba' and I continued shopping for a bit. Then I had a spur of the moment meet-up with Shandonner and he joined me for a spot of lunch in Leith before we went off to continue our tasks for the day. This morning in town I had my first sighting of (a) a hen party on the prowl, (b) a stretch limo in use and (c) a piper on the Royal Mile playing Scotland the Brave. Yesterday Mr H saw four swallows over Levenhall Links. And today in Yorkshire Sgwarnog saw this! I rest my case.
