Been here before ...

I suspect I've blipped this bit of road before. Maybe at a different time of year? We walk it often, though today I wished we'd gone elsewhere - the wind was fierce enough to be tiring, trying even. But this tree on the right always strikes me as pretty miraculous, as it stands there in all weathers and recovers every year. I can't help feeling it's lost a few bits this winter - it looks thin and somehow depleted. Only time will tell if it's going to produce leaves again. I do hope so ...
