Cheeky mornings

My monkey got up quite early today. She was full of it and got dressed in her uniform. She cycled to nursery. When I went back to pick her up, they were playing outside. She was pink everywhere - her legs, her arms, her clothes. They'd been playing with bubbles with paint in them. She thought it quite amusing that I insisted she needed cleaning before swimming. We had a snack and drink with friends before the class. It was a different teacher tonight and she wasn't very impressed at first, not helped by the fact her little fellow Tiddler wasn't there. She showered etc after class and our friends offered us a lift home. She fell asleep in my arms as we walked. She woke slightly in the car, but was asleep in her bed within minutes of walking through the door.
