Meet Anne

Participated today on First Aid refresh-course - which I can recommend to everybody.

The instructions have changed quite a much during these 25 years I've been in these courses for couple of times - for example if the heart stops the action is now really straight forward:

1. Call the ambulance
2. Keep pushing the heart 100 times/minute until help arrives. Blowing to the mouth is not necessary as pushing moves lungs too and there's anyway some air in the blood.

I heard that this was the last time this Anne-doll is in use, last time we met in September 2004, I remember her broken mouth from that time.
