Dim sum lesson

Fun afternoon today with Tabitha and Edward as we were invited to a complimentary cookery lesson at Blue Jade restaurant. Learnt how to prepare 5 types of dim sum and then got to eat them!! This photo was the dessert - surprisingly my least favourite but it was the most photogenic of the dishes served!
