A TOUGH CYCLE RUN

George and I headed over the River Forth to Culross today and this is him arriving at our meeting point. We had a nice tail wind to help us along and it wasn't too long before we were sitting next to the Culross War Memorial having lunch. It's a nice wee sheltered spot so it wasn't until we started heading back that we realised the wind strength had increased considerably. Unfortunately, it hadn't changed direction so we battled into it most of the way home. However, we did spot a heron and some geese so overall it was a good day out. Big is best.
