Ready, steady, go!
This is a sourdough starter which I got from a Polish guy at work. I'll blip the resultant loaf over the next 24 hours :)
These starter doughs can be kept refrigerated for years. You simply add some flour and water every now and again to keep them fed.
It's quite remarkable how the simply things in life work.
