Fantail

A day of contrasts today. The most beautiful, warm and sunny weather during the day until late afternoon when the clouds that had hung over the hills all day began to look a little angrier. Then the rain began, and it sstill raining now. The garden is turning into a very happy garden this week :)

This wee chap was enjoying the last of the sun's rays before the rain. They're such flitty wee things that, unless you dedicate a significant chunk of time to it (or are very lucky!) capturing them is a real challenge. Given I only fired about half a dozen shots off, this wasn't too bad.

I've felt tired today - very tired. I've even had a couple of short nana naps during the day. Bring on the holidays!
