Estimates

I gave a new talk today at ACCU: Lies, damn lies and estimates. It went well - I got laughs where I expected them, there were good discussions throughout, and I got a decent batch of green cards (green = good) in the feedback boxes.

As well as Laurent Bossavit's "Enjoy being wrong" exercise, I tried a new game that people seemed to really like. I call it "How long is a piece of string", but really they just have to order the pieces by length.

My QI klaxon worked well too.
