Beside the seaside...oh I do like to be beside the sea!

I do enjoy that Aberdeen has a beach and a pretty nice one at that.

Took my book and sat down here before my spin class! Sun out! Starting to feel alot more like spring!

I still haven't even read the first page of my book yet, I've been taking it places but I just keep making excuses - I have been pretty busy. My only night off has been Thursday in which I slept after cooking tea. I'll get there one day soon...maybe I'll become immersed in the book...

Instead I phoned my parents, caught up on what they have been doing! They are semi retired but you wouldn't think it with how busy they are. They've been preparing our house of 23 years for sale - tough job as you accumulate so much over the time and then once you empty it you see the problems you might not have noticed before.

Anyway, this week I have been reading 17th edition IET wiring regulations for electrical installations - i.e. an electricians course and today I passed my test :) 93%!

It was much harder than I expected though and they didn't tell you what you answered wrong which is abit useless if you are an actual electrician and need to do a job you might have misunderstood something in the book! I felt the same way after my theory test for driving - they tell you, you got a couple wrong but they don't tell you the correct answers... I think that's why there's so many crazy drivers in Aberdeen! People are seriously impatient up here for nearly no reason at all. I'm worried I'll start copy cating!

Still attempting to do my 5x50! Definitely did 5k easily - walked 2/3miles and rowed 2km before going to spin class (possibly a mistake). Haha. I cycle but spin is a totally different thing. I find it hard to gauge how much resistance I have compared to other people...I know it's a quarter turn/half turn whatever but where do you start... It would be useful if there was a wee reading on the resistance. Standing up was a horror for me. Good workout I suppose.

After had pizza and drinks at a work friends new flat while stripping wallpaper :)
