Super Waka Hanunui ...visiting Nelson...

As the misty fog cleared this morning we boarded this
double-hulled waka for a cruise through the Cut and out
into Tasman Bay.(.It is based on a traditional Polynesian
voyaging Waka.) it unfurled two red sails and we
glided along among the seabirds and the rising sun...magical
